Art for arts sake

I finally pulled out my Stillman & Birn hard bound mixed media journal & I'M LOVING IT, PEOPLE! And together with my Derwent Inktense Blocks - it's caused me to practice with faces & watercoloring.

This one isn't any faces - just good old-fashioned messy stuff!



The paper is fabulous & takes wet media beautifully - no seeping through! 


I definitely recommend the Derwent blocks - intense & gorgeous colors! I'll be posting some faces soon so stay tuned ... 🙎
