Black and White and Red all over

Hey everyone! It's another challenge at The Blank Page Muse Stamps!  And this month's theme is Black and White plus One Color!  The challenge goes live on 10 April and runs through 8 May so get your thinking caps on and enter!

For this challenge, I've made an art journal page featuring a medieval castle.

Supplies Used:

The Blank Page Muse Stamps: Barbed Wire Brick Wall Background Stamp
The Blank Page Muse Stamps:  Cherub Border Background
Art Journal
Stabilo Black Pencil
Black Archival Ink
Derwent Inktense Watercolor Blocks

1.  Start by stamping your cherub in the middle of your page.

2. Next, sketch your castle, then randomly stamp your bricks.  The cherub is kind of a heraldry architectural feature like old castles used to have.

3. Now, start watercoloring!  Easy, peasy!

As you go along, you can restamp some bricks for more contrast.

So now it's your turn - what will you create?  Come check out what my other DT pals have created for inspiration.  Share your lovelies at the blog on 10 April - you could win some great prizes! - and on our Blank Page Muse Stamps Fan Group !

Hey - Tell me something good!
