A paint chip art journal

Reds, teal, golds, neutrals....that's what's going on in this mixed media journal!

This eclectic book is made from a 12x12 thin piece of cardboard - cereal box weight - and cut up into squares and rectangles to put on a dazzling show!

I've used various paper from the 7 Dots collection, Paint Chips. And various 7 Dots phrases. The theme is taken from their mood board for their November challenge:

The thing that struck me were the colors and overall boldness. So along with their papers, I used bold paints, sprays, and embellishments. Lots of texture and randomness going on. But that's me - do things differently and stand out!

I hope you've enjoyed the journey and perhaps if will inspire you to do your own bold, mixed media journal!

I'm also entering this at More Mixed Media Challenge!
