I was surfing the web for calendar ideas and came across pics of CD cases used to hold monthly calendar pages. I found an article on The Graphics Fairy that provided pre-printed calendar pages but I wanted to design my own so I set to work!
Everything is super simple. You basically take a CD case and remove all the inserts. Then take it apart and put it back together backwards so the case stands up and reclines to hold your paper. Just measure your case, create your months, and leave about an inch of paper across the top to fold so that you can hook it onto the edge. That's it!
You can stack the upcoming months on the backside...
I used a vintage tag from The Graphics Fairy as my base. I then searched for 2019 calendar pages to use. And then went wild with various Gecko Galz printables to decorate each month!
These are easy to make and something different and personal for a gift! Check out the Gecko Galz shop and see if you can find all the printables I used! You'll have fun browsing the 850+ images!
Very clever use of cd case seems quite simple. May have a go at this great gifts. Thank you for sharing
