Life is a camera

Welcome back to my little corner of the blogosphere! I've been playing with some new acrylics and I'm hooked!

I got a set of Golden High Flow Transparent Acrylics and they are awesome sauce!  I got the set of 10 that has 6 brights and 5 more neutral tones. The neutrals give you some great steampunk/industrial coloring! And they make water coloring a breeze because they're a thin liquid. You can use a brush or your fingers to move color around - I am in love with this stuff!

The colors are fabulous - gives you a rusty and patinaed look for sure!

I used a couple different stencils and added these gals for a fun spread!

If you get the chance, pick up some of these! You won't be disappointed!

  6. Those colours do look good... it's a good job there are no craft shops near me and I have to intentionally hunt for the things I want (sorry, NEED) or I'd never eat! Great spread.

  7. I apologize for taking so long to visit, Cathy. I have been very sick and have been in bed for days. I hope you see this comment because I am in LOVE with your spread. You are the second person today to mention those paints. I had never heard of them, but I like what I see. I'm a big fan of Golden Fluid Acrylics, and now I wonder if I need a few new acrylics to play with.

I love what you did with the stencils and those women are fun! I especially liked your sentiment. Thanks for joining us at Art Journal Journey, dear.
