I wanted this piece to look clean - not a bunch of splatters, ink, or extraneous doo-dads. And I like the vintage styling that the frames and vintage couple provide. I wanted the hearts to be the focus with touches of gold. I like how the resin frames break everything up while adding layers and depth. And those hearts are made from molds!
The large wrinkly heart and the smaller wrinkly one are made by melting a piece of a USPS tyvek mailer with a heat gun!
Now it's your turn! Come on over and show us the love! This month's prize sponsor is Artful Days!
