Luck be a lady

Well howdy doody everyone! I've got a tag for ya that is looking forward to March and that 'green' holiday! ☘

I love vintage ads and graphics and I found these ladies on some Lucky cigarette ads! I wanted it to be a bright tag so I painted the background white and used Lindy's Bells of Ireland Green (what else?!)  My ladies have a little peacock embossing and lacquer accents which sets them off. The fancy lady is mounted with foam squares.
