This upcycled bottle takes me back to the 1800s. Corsets and lace. Old paper. A little vintage, a little glamorized steampunk. And the corset is laced with string...
A beautiful gemstone, metal studs and a cog...
It has a grungy feel to it, like it's been sitting in the attic for awhile. Soiled lace and a chain attached with a stud to an old-fashioned mannequin. Even a little apothecary bottle and metal wire. And that stopper! An antiqued leather look with an antique jewel on top.
A trip back in time to a lady's boudoir! So now it's your turn to enter the challenge! Will you go back in time - or make something for this era? Anything goes!
I'm entering this at A Vintage Journey, Mixed Media Academy, and SanDee and Amelie's, and Classic Design Team Challenge!

This really is a thing of beauty Cathy, reminds me of my college days when studying Textiles and a project I had to recreate a boned corset. Love your attention to detail, laced corset and jewelled bottle stopper. Amazing piece of bottle art. Thank you for sharing.
