This was born out of another project from a couple years ago that I recycled - when you get tired of something, tear it apart and use the pieces! Textures were created with stenciling, art stones, cheesecloth, and thick spots of gesso here and there.
The main color of paste I used is the Dark Olive and Taupe Rose. I added just little wisps of the Yellow here and there - I didn't want to overpower it. And I used Vintage Gold wax as well.
And of course, the sprinkler head to top it off!
I'm entering this at A Vintage Journey, Mixed Media Academy, and SanDee and Amelie's!
This is an awesome project Cathy, great piece hun xx
ReplyDeleteAnother amazing altered bottle - you're definitely on a roll - love the weird and wonderful combination of shower head and Frozen Charlotte doll - definitely a journey into the imagination.
