New stamps from A Vintage Girl!

Hello everyone! I've been having some fun with stuff from A Vintage Girl! Not only their chipboard but they have new stamps at Blank Page Muse!

The piece I did has a mix of some of the stamps along with paper (sold out!) and chipboard from A Vintage Girl!

I had a cutout cardboard page left from the Steampunk Dreams Dress Form Album from another project I did. I decided to keep it primarily the chipboard as the background and added things on top. I embossed the bottom of the dress form and stamped the butterfly stamp onto a piece of colorful fabric and cut it out.

I embossed some bricks and adhered them with stucco for a more realistic look. I also embossed some pipes that attach at the dress form. In the above pic, the paper underneath the cage portion had some red pipes in the picture which I used to keep the pipes going.

The brick-framed window is mounted on foam so that it provides some space between the corset for a better 3D affect. The corset stamp was stamped onto fabric, then embossed.

I added fabric and trim to the top of the dress form and added my face with the butterfly stamp.

The cutout chipboard page is adhered on top of a piece of thin cardboard that's covered with another piece of paper from the paper collection. I think the bricks on that page give it good contrast.

I think you'll really love these new stamps and all the products from A Vintage Girl - so much fun to play with and create some interesting and different projects in that vintage, steampunk style!

  1. Very nice vintage style stamps, and you've done them proud with your lovely textured page. The corset stamped on fabric is a great touch.
