An Uninvited Guest

Even though Halloween has passed, there's still some spooky vibes lingering. And really - who doesn't like Halloween projects anyway?!

This piece uses a variety of Sandra Evertson products plus some other doo dads I had!

The base is a 4x6 thin wood coaster from Darice. I painted it with the brass paint in the Verday set and sprayed it with the patina solution. Wow! It looks like oxidized metal!

The skull is enhanced with jeweled eyes and nose. I added a crown with a jewel and mounted it onto a cathedral window that was painted with the copper Verday. The snake (no longer available) was painted the same color.

At the bottom, I added some vials and laser wood cut bottles. I added some aged brass wax around the edges of the whole piece and on the pieces that have the Verday. Really makes it pop.

I just love Sandra's products, especially that Verday! Turns anything into a verdigris masterpiece. And you get different results every time!

I'm entering this at Splashy MixArty DivasCountry View Challenges, and This is Halloween!
